We all love and enjoy food but do we sometimes forget to be grateful that we are lucky enough to have it? Here is a way you can remember to be grateful for the food you eat every day as well as making sure that what we eat will serve us well.
I do this every day before each meal and it has served me well until now! Try it and let me know what you think!
