Hello, lovely people!
This month I really wanted to focus on getting rid of depression. March is an odd month, with gloomy and cold weather and a lot of people feeling down in the dumps because of it. I have just the thing for the March blues.
The main thing we need to do when we get down is realize that it's a chemical imbalance and not our own fault. Depression is caused by a lack of serotonin in the brain. So how can we get it back to the brain? By exercising it there! This is how to do the exercise from my video which is aimed at getting some happy back, pronto!: -
We need action when we are feeling sluggish and this is an easy way to get the circulation going. Try it and let me know how you feel afterwards!
