Sometimes in life, we find ourselves at crossroads. Maybe you have a dream, a vision, a goal, and you know exactly where you want to go, BUT you feel terribly stuck, or feel like you keep coming across obstacles. These feelings can also manifest themselves psychosomatically as, to name just a couple, anger, or digestive issues. This is exactly what week 3 of The Maya Fiennes Method is about.
So a few weeks ago I started posting the Facebook live sessions that were part of the Maya Fiennes Method. Here is week 1 and week 2 in case you missed them. This week, I want to share with you the Maya Fiennes Method's third week Facebook live video which deals with feeling stuck and dealing with obstacles.
The third week of The Maya Fiennes Method is a total workout to help you deal with obstacles, feeling stuck, and feelings of anger and suppression. These issues more often than not are the main cause of digestive Issues, bloating, gas, IBS and a leaky gut. In this series, I'll walk you through dealing with indigestion and stomach issues, clearing obstacles and manifesting desires, increasing will-power, releasing emotional baggage, anger and resentment. It'll also give you an intro into learning how to meditate. So, make a nice cup of tea and sit and have a watch.
