Getting Rid of Anger to Manifest Intentions - Mondays with Maya

Hello friends and Happy New Year!

I hope everyone had a wonderful start to the new year! It's a wonderful time to be hopeful and to remind us to start over if need be, although we don't need a new year to do that. New starts can happen at any time! You'll recall the last 4 weeks we were working on setting intentions for the new year. This month, we'll be working on manifesting these intentions.

Getting Rid of Anger to Manifest Intentions - Mondays with Maya

How to get rid of anger and frustration: 

  • Create fists with your hands and bring the hands together in front of you.
  • Imagine that you are bound by chains and open the arms out suddenly to the side like you are breaking these chains.
  • Do this repeatedly while repeating the mantra "HAR" loudly, rolling the R of the "HAR".
  • Continue for a minute or more, as long as you feel you need to.

This will help you to feel that you are breaking the chains of anger and frustration, finally being able to break yourself free from these binding emotions which do nothing but bring physical and mental pain.

Something else to remember which will help calm your soul is that various things happen to all of us, whether they seem bad and good, but you are not these things. You are what you choose to become and how you choose to react to these things. You can see them as a lesson or as a blessing.

At the end of the day, you are the master of your own destiny and the writer of your own book. Make it a good one - I believe in you!
