A lot of you have been asking for an effective way of losing a few pounds and so I've put together a little 5-minute Kundalini Yoga for weight loss exercise routine which is mixed with a little high-intensity interval training (HIIT) which is all the rage at the moment (and quite rightly so, because it really works!).
It's only 5 minutes you can do every day, anywhere, and with no equipment! It's a fun workout you can do alone or with a friend and you'll really see the results!
