This class, I call it BULLETPROOF - so by this, I mean making yourself strong so nothing can touch you, the focus is on strengthening immunity…really getting our immune system boosted!!

The main part of this class is a meditation using a special breath technique  - it is the best thing for your immune system - this breath will not allow anything to touch you...

We will also use some postures, a mantra, meditation, and finishing with Shavasana...
