7 weeks, 7 Days & 7 Minutes to Bliss

I have created this programme “7 Weeks, 7 Days & 7 Minutes of Bliss with Maya Fiennes" to help you understand why you might be feeling tired, depressed, having aches and pains in your body, headaches, or why you cannot shift excess weight even though you work out and eat well.  Very often I get complaints from clients that they cannot sleep well or they experience fogginess in their thinking, are not able to focus, have anxiety and panic attacks. They do their check ups and everything seems to be ok and yet they don’t feel well.

I love seeing results and helping people feel better so I started my research using my skills and the tools of Yoga, Qigong and sound to achieve that.

I came up with a formula to assess your wellbeing and created a 21 day self healing program. As a result of this Assessment you will have a good understanding of how 7 Weeks, 7 Days & 7 Minutes of Bliss can help you, in an easy-to-use way. 

It only takes half an hour to establish the blockages in the body that gives you physical symptoms, which are indications as to what is happening to you on an emotional, mental and spiritual level. And with this program, we are only asking for 7 minutes of your time every day.

I chose to focus on 7 areas in the body that will cover almost every illness/discomfort that most people suffer from.

We will look at how to deal with fear, pain, removing obstacles, stopping the drama in your life, relationships, digestive problems, anxiety, stress, depression, confusion and judgment. 

Week one: Are you surviving, or thriving?

First and foremost, let’s find out HOW SAFE YOU ARE IN YOUR LIFE?  Do you feel secure and being looked after, are you existing in a survival mode? Are you fearful, do you have addictions or bad habits?  Are you finding it difficult to let go?

On a physical level, this will usually manifest as back pain, elimination problems, and constipation. All of these symptoms represent what’s happening to you emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Once you recognize that fear is causing your back pain then ask yourself “What am I afraid of?” Just by acknowledging that, many of the symtoms will disappear.
