KundaDance at the White House with Maya Fiennes on 29 September 2018


KundaDance is coming to The White House! You’ll all have heard me talking about KundaDance by now as it’s my newest passion. My intention and goal with KundaDance is to “make a billion people happy” and as part of a 10-city tour, I am bringing KundaDance to The White House!

Come and shake away your fears and insecurities, and cultivate more energy and vibrancy in your life in this historic location on the White House lawns! Clear the Chakras, stimulate the nervous system, balance the brain hemispheres, create endorphins, increase serotonin, oxytocin, and dopamine, energize and inspire your entire being... all in just one KundaDance session!

KundaDance is a 60-minute high-intensity, fun, uplifting, cardio, dance workout. It's a creative movement class combining Kundalini Yoga, Thai Chi and Qi Gong. KundadDance takes you on a journey through the chakras actively aligning your body, mind and spirit. If you like Kundalini Yoga and love to dance, come explore this unique and joyous yoga dance method at the most unique location for an unforgettable experience.

KundaDance with Maya Fiennes

The first city in the KundaDance tour was Mexico City where I taught KundaDance to 6000 people. The White House is the second location and then it’s on to Rishikesh, India on the 8th of November. Watch this space for new cities and new dates which will be announced soon.

The original KundaDance music composed by myself has been written in 528 and 432 frequencies, healing frequencies which have a powerful effect on the body mind and spirit. This intentionally designed composition has the ability to unlock your full potential and reveal the true essence of your being. It is highly addictive and enjoyable and will make you feel great!
