I passionately believe that yoga can be enjoyed by everyone, young and old. My unique style of yoga and meditation which is based on Kundalini can underpin a healthy and happy life. From de-stressing and dealing with matters of the heart, to unlocking your creative potential and coping with children, families and ageing. Over the years and through my travels I have often been asked for advice by my students; some ask for very precise advice, others have more general concerns. I have often been able to help through a combination of advice on yoga, meditation and nutrition as well as give directions on general lifestyle. I have therefore decided to offer one-on-one coaching from my website.
Since I qualified as a Kundalini Instructor I have produced a series of yoga DVDs as well as musical CDs. In the last few years I have appeared regularly on TV with my Kundalini Yoga across Europe and USA. I have a book, Yoga for Real Life, which itself gives a lot of advice on various aspects of our life journey. I have also written many columns for a number of yoga journals. A one-on-one coaching session consists of a one-hour Skype call with me and a few follow-up emails thereafter. I’m very busy. Where will I find the time for a session?
Again, you will be given a choice of date and time for you to choose from and you can arrange your schedule accordingly. If you have time for distraction, stress, worry, depression and anxiety, you most likely have time to dedicate an hour for yourself to get rid of these things and give yourself more freedom, health and time to finally be able to do the things that really matter. Most of my students enjoy their personal coaching so much that they make it a regular part of their year. They make their health and well-being a priority and you should too. It is liberating and joyous. Students have found that it helped them focus their energies in such a way that they had more time and felt more spaciousness in their lives than before their sessions.
