Take part in 2 days of classes with Maya, 2 hours each day. One hour of this will be KundaDance and the other hour will be de-stress Kundalini Yoga and Qi Gong. KundaDance is created by Maya Fiennes. It’s a high-intensity, fun, uplifting, cardio, dance workout to help release stress and detox the body, mind and spirit.

In this new detox & de-stress program, Maya will be teaming nutritious meals, recipes, juices and smoothies, with Kundalini yoga + calming Qi Gong to support the kidneys and adrenals, plus pranayama and mantra to calm your mind and release the stress.

This energising, cleansing, uplifting program you will teach you effective stress busting tools and cleanse the body of negative energies. After this detox you will feel uplifted and calm and much more able to deal with the stresses of day to day life!
