I'm so happy to announce that I am offering virtual Kundalini Yoga lessons via Zoom! As you may already know, I have offered private one-on-one personal coaching sessions in the past, and due to a high demand, I've decided to incorporate these again into my busy schedule.

In our 45-minute private one-on-one Kundalini Yoga session, we will work on a chakra of your choosing and work to unblock it with Kundalini Yoga exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques.

How long is each lesson?

It's 45 uninterrupted minutes of Kundalini Yoga.

Can I take this course from anywhere?

Yes! All you need is Zoom.

When can the call take place?

You can choose a time slot that suits you. 

What if I miss my Zoom date?

We can reschedule. I allow for one missed class - after all, we're all human and life is unpredictable. However, it would be hard to reschedule the same missed appointment a second time.

Will I get an opportunity to ask questions after the call?

Yes! You can email me any questions afterward and I will reply to any queries you have. Your voice will be heard.

What do I need to have?

A yoga mat or something comfy for you to sit and lie on the floor, a (preferably fast) internet service, and a Zoom account.

How exactly does this work?

In a few simple steps.

  2. You will be contacted by my team to book your lesson at a time that suits you.
  3. Answer my "get-to-know-you" questionnaire that will be sent to you via email.
  4. Be ready and online at the allotted appointment time where I will call you on Zoom.
  5. Enjoy our virtual Kundalini Yoga lesson!

Will I benefit from this as much as if it were a live one-on-one session?

Yes indeed! The only thing I won't be able to do via Zoom is physically adjust you, and, if you are familiar with Kundalini Yoga, you'll know that physical adjustments aren't encouraged because we don't like getting in the way of each other's aura. Virtual sessions are the future, from yoga instructors and fitness gurus, to doctors and therapists; everyone's doing it! So there is no doubt that you will greatly benefit from these virtual sessions, and you don't even need to leave your house.
