A lot of you have been asking for an effective way of losing a few pounds and so I've put together a little 5-minute Kundalini Yoga for weight loss exercise routine which is mixed with a little high-intensity interval training (HIIT) which is all the rage at the moment (and quite rightly so, because it really works!).
It's only 5 minutes you can do every day, anywhere, and with no equipment! It's a fun workout you can do alone or with a friend, and you'll really see the results! Of course, this routine is not pure Kundalini Yoga... It incorporates some Kundalini moves which any Kundalini enthusiast will be able to recognise, and I've sped them up and added some jumps and thrusts to really get the heart pumping.
