Hello my friends, and welcome to Mondays With Maya. This is a video blog that I will be posting each Monday, no matter where I am or what I am doing, whether it's teaching at a retreat, recording in the studio or going to the supermarket.

What is Mondays With Maya all about? Well, each Monday we will be setting an intention which will set up our week correctly, so that we have something to think about and always come back to throughout the whole week. In this way, you'll be able to systematically and purposely weed out any problems you may be having week-in week-out, and create a dialogue either with yourselves, friends, teachers, or with me, discussing any issues you may be having. 

The themes for Mondays With Maya are organically curated and spontaneous, based on your needs. Feel free to send me your thoughts and questions and I will try to answer these questions to see how best we can help you by finding answers and tools that you can use every day, like breathing exercises or mantras or meditation techniques to help you deal with your problems. Remember, we're all in this together.
