Cleansing the System [Recipe] - Mondays With Maya


Hello again everyone,

I am back at my good friend Nui's lovely house this week. She's got an amazing herb and vegetable garden which makes me just want to start digging in my own garden and planting loads of healthy goodness! While I was there, I was inspired to make this super-healthy cleansing recipe which will clean your system right out!

Cleansing the System [Recipe] - Mondays With Maya

Ingredients:

  • Mint
  • Honey
  • Lime
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Warm Water

Method:

No need to measure the ingredients; put as much as you like to taste! Blend all ingredients in a blender, or grind using a pestle and mortar, and drink up!
