This week, we're going to protect our immune system from illness by giving it a little boost. I'm going to show you one of my favorite tricks (with the help of my friend, Tam) that I usually use just before a trip, to make sure that my system is in tip-top shape!
How to Boost The Immune System - Mondays With Maya
How to do the immune booster exercise: -
- Close your right nostril with your right index finger
- Breathe short fast breaths only through the right nostril. This stimulates the nervous system and gives you a boost of energy.
- Do it for as long as you feel you can, from 1 minute, 3 or even 11!
