UTIs (urinary tract infections) are something that are a complete pain and inconvenience but unfortunately, they are so easy to contract, especially in the summer. Here's a tried and tested way to zap them quickly.
All you need is half a tablespoon of bicarbonate of soda and a glass of water. Put the soda in your mouth and take a swig of water. Gargle the mixture and swish it around in your mouth for around a minute or two (it'll whiten your teeth, too) and then swallow it. It's not the nicest tasting thing but it really does work. Drink as much water as you can afterward to get rid of the taste and to also flush out the infection.
I also have another old trick for UTI pain that I've shared before using water, sugar and ice. You can read about it here.
Try it and let me know how you get on, and if you have any tricks of your own please feel free to comment below and let us know! Also, make sure to share this post with any friend you feel would appreciate it.
Lots of love
