Being tired means we are disconnected from the source. In order to get more energy, we need to plug ourselves back into the source. Try this little trick to maximum energy-boosting.
This little exercise stimulates the pituitary gland which then in turn stimulates the serotonin, and wakes up the pineal gland. All this together wakes us up by switching on the antenna.
Boosting the Energy with Kundalini Yoga
I have been an advocate for energy for a long time. If left to its own devices, the way most of us live, in the hustle and bustle of every day life, our bodies would not let us have the amount of energy necessary to be able to live a full and fruitful life. We need to make sure that we have enough energy in our systems and that our bodies are not clogged up in order to be able to receive the energy outlets that we can get from exercise, food, and meditation.
