This week we're focusing on how a small change in our vocabulary can really go a long way.
"Yes, And" Instead of "Yes, But" - Mondays with Maya
More often than not, when faced with any situation that we may have a query about, we seem to have trained ourselves to say, "Yes, But..."
When you say, "Yes, But," what usually follows has a negative connotation. It immediately crushes possibilities and closes doors instead of expanding and opening possibilities. But when we say, "Yes, And..." opportunities expand and worlds open up!
