In today's stressful world, we need all the help we can get. So here's a short little Kundalini meditation breathing technique for when you need a little stress relief.
Meditation for Stress Relief - Mondays With Maya
This is such a simple exercise that you can do anywhere and it really works at immediately relieving stress. Here's how to do it: -
- Sit in a comfortable position and close the eyes
- Inhale for the count of 4
- Exhale for the count of 4
- Hold the breath (breath retention) for the count of 4
- Continue for 1 minute, or 3 minutes, or however long you are enjoying it.
