This week we're talking about a taboo subject, something that not a lot of people like to talk about... The "M" word... Yes, menopause!
Even though we know that menopause is a natural part of life, a lot of us women can't help feeling a little down about it. Perhaps we feel like our youth is over, or maybe the problem is more physical, as in the symptoms which come along with menopause such as hot flushes. In this week's Mondays with Maya video, I talk you through the the mental side of it and as an added bonus, I've recorded two extra videos for how to deal with the physical symptoms.
So now you know how delicately and special you should be treating yourself in this special time, let's go over what you can do to make yourself feel better physically.
