I get a lot of people asking me how to get rid of inflammation. So here is a little magic potion which I've found is the best thing for it...
First thing in the morning, put half a tea spoon of turmeric powder and half a tea spoon of black pepper into a glass of 4 oz of warm water and stir.
It's super anti-inflammatory and the pepper combined with turmeric keeps the turmeric activated in the body for much longer than if you were to use only turmeric.
