Just wanted to share with you my new favourite thing to have for breakfast:
- Paleo bread toast with avocado
- A sprinkle of pumpkin seed oil (which has super healing benefits)
- Himalayan salt
- A bit of cumin

I tried that salt it is pretty strong.yes but I like sea salt.smoothie with Apple juice and carrots.low sugar juice and a little peanut butter to help thickness add ice or just some celery if I have it.I eat lettuce daily vain a I also eat turkey dishes.
