Being a trained classical pianist, music is an important part of my life, and at every opportunity, I like to integrate music into my yoga teaching to heal the mind, body and soul. Crystal bowl sound healing is one of the most relaxing and transportive musical experiences. All you have to do to enjoy it and let the healing begin is sit in a comfortable position, pop your headphones in, close the eyes, take a deep breath, and let the music take you away.
