Sat nam, my friends,
You may have noticed that I've taken part in quite a few interviews lately, and this is not coincidental. I've come to realize that talking, communicating, and being honest is a great way, perhaps the best way, to inspire, help, and connect with people, and that is why I do everything I do. I wanted to share another candid interview I did last year, as part of an empowering women program called "Embody".
Here are a few of my personal favorite tips to embody and expand the feminine power: -
1. It's all about the confidence. If you feel good, it will shine out of you, unstoppable, and everyone around you will know. (Have a look at this post, How to Be Confident, and try this short exercise for confidence and acceptance).
2. Let Go. I have this tattooed on myself, as a reminder to let go of the things that don't serve me. Let go of the labels, and what you "should" be. Let go of worries and anxieties. Be yourself. Just be. You can try this Kundalini class to give you the courage to do so.
3. Accept yourself. Spend less time on the unimportant things and more time being your brilliant, fantastic self! You are enough as you are, you are beautiful as you are. Trust your heart.
These are all easier said than done, but with practice, patience, determination, and assurance, you can get there, and live the best life ever, in love with life, and in love with yourself.
"Embody" is the brainchild of a friend of mine and fellow strong woman, Hemalayaa, and is a leadership program to activate and expand your feminine power for visionary women who are ready to embody living passionately with purpose and mission. It's incredibly interesting and I was so happy to be a part of it. You can learn more about it here.
Lots of love and light,
