I've had such a busy couple of months (and the next couple will be more of the same!) and I feel so blessed to have had the chance to meet glorious people from all over the world. One such lovely person is Serbian-born Diana, an 86-year-young yoga aficionado, who came to my KundaDance class at the "An Ode to Joy" retreat in Mexico which was curated by the founders of TEDx.
KundaDance at 86 Years Old - Mondays with Maya
It made me happy seeing Diana doing KundaDance and goes to show that you are as young as you feel! Whatever you put your mind to, you can do. People inspire me every day and Diana is one of them.
For more information about KundaDance click here and also have a look at this clip of a KundaDance lesson I taught in front of 6000 people at the Liberatum festival in Mexico.
Earlier today I had the KundaDance teacher training in London, teaching the first generation of KundaDance teachers and our goal?
To make a billion people happy!
Here's a little peek inside.
Lots of love,
