Sat nam, friends!
You can learn more about this very important chakra—and the rest of the seven chakras—in the Maya Fiennes Method seven-week program. Each week, I focus on clearing blockages from each chakra by teaching you movements and meditations that take just seven minutes a day. You’ll learn exercises just like the one I’m showing you today to clear and brighten each chakra in just a few minutes. It’s pretty amazing!

It’s so frustrating when you feel like you’re stuck in a cycle of negativity and can’t move forward. We’ve all been there before—it’s like standing at the base of a mountain and looking up. It seems impossible to summit … and yet, as soon as you begin, it suddenly becomes easier and completely doable!
I find that it’s easier to get over negativity when I make a mental and physical shift. I love this exercise for exactly that reason—it works really quickly to get eliminate of negative energy and thoughts from your mind! Try this exercise next time you feel like you can’t get past a bad thought or energy. I promise, it’ll work really quickly to dispel any “bad vibes” you might feel, and instantly brighten your mood!
Take a look at the video to see exactly how to do this incredibly transformative exercise. I have a feeling you’re going to love it.
